Devin Kroplewski is a T1D Super Hero

Devin Kroplewski is a high school wrestler and football player with Type 1 Diabetes.  He is the inspiration of creating the T1D Club Super Hero campaign.  Devin inspires all Type 1 Diabetics, "Anything you want to do in life you can do, and do well.  Because we fight to make sure we stay healthy and strong."    His mother wrote the following story on Facebook and has given us permission to feature him today: "Here's a little story about my first baby, my DS, who is growing into an amazing young man. Sierra Sandison is a T1D Super Hero

Our daughter was diagnosed on July 1, 2014.  Shortly after her diagnosis Sierra Sandison started her #showmeyourpump campaign when she walked onto the stage in a bikini wearing her insulin pump.  She instantly became our family t1d hero!  We moved to Idaho in August 2015 and shortly after we were able to meet Miss Idaho Sierra Sandison and her little sister Miss Twin Falls      She says on Instagram: "There it is. Gracie Grape is a T1D Super Hero

Gracie Girl is our 9 year old daughter.  Gracie Girl's least favorite thing to do was visit a doctor's office.  For several years we struggled with medical issues and visited many doctor offices.  To cope with her anxiety Gracie the Girl started drawing at each doctor visit.  Near the time of her diagnosis she started drawing fruit people.  Gracie Grape was created and had grand adventures in the waiting room.  On July 1, 2014 Gracie Grape was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes as Gracie the Girl heard the news of her own diagnosis.  Gracie Grape will be published soon in...
