Use the 60 deck card game to spend Quality Together Time.

There is no wrong way to use the QT Taco Time Deck of cards because its purpose is a tool to spend quality time together, building meaningful relationships, learning and using shared JOYrific vocabulary. This tool will help you learn how to go through the process, be curious, be patient, and have fun with kids!

The game can be played using the deck of cards, with eight different JOYrific symbols. Set a timer for one minute for every year old the oldest child is playing (or add two childrens ages together) to get the length of the QT Time spent together. No matter which mini-game you’re playing, the goal is to spot the matching symbol between two cards and call it out. Then, depending on the specific mini- game, you will either place the card on a pile or discard it. While playing you can ask questions, have conversations, get to know each other, listen, share, TACO ‘bout it together.
